Uses Code 3 Optix "3-up" LED module to provide spectacular warning signal. Virtually maintenance free - rugged and reliable LED performance with a 5-year warranty (1 year on controller). Nearly impossible to detect in side markers or tail lights until activated.The flasher is potted for weather protection and suitable for trunk or under-hood mounting. Up to 15 user-selectable flash patterns.

Programming the desired flash pattern (or operation mode ) is done with the Program terminal on the control box. You can scroll through the nineteen available flash patterns, by momentarily grounding the Program terminal until you arrive at the desired operation mode. Momentary grounding of the Program terminal can be accomplished either by momentarily touching the terminal to ground through a temporary jumper wire or through a permanently connected momentary push-button switch.

The unit will come on in the default Cycle-flash mode at the time of first power-up, until the desired flash pattern is programmed. The operating flash pattern can then be changed by programming the desired pattern into the unit, the unit will continue to operate in the same mode every time the unit is turned off and turned back on. The operating flash pattern can be changed at will for any number of times.

The unit can be reset back to the default flash pattern (cycle-flash) by grounding the Program terminal for about 8-10 seconds and then releasing it. This can be done while operating in any of the flash modes.
