Mini Mag-lite LED - 3 Cell AA Flashlight with Belt Holster
- No purchase necessary. Contest is open to all North American residents; contestants must be over the age of 18. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received. Participants must provide valid e-mail address.
- Game end date: 12/31/2009.
- Drawing: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible mail-in and Internet entries received. By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes.
- Prizes: Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor's discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners will be notified by mail and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted) within 14 days of notification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of prize. If prize notification letter or any prize is returned undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
- Eligibility: Legal U.S. residents (48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii and District of Columbia) age 18 and older at time of entry may participate. Void where prohibited by law.
- Conditions: Limit one prize per family/household. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, address (city and state), likeness and any statements made by the winner regarding the promotion for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or consideration except where prohibited by law. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Additional Terms: Sponsor and its promotional, fulfillment and advertising agencies involved in this promotion are not responsible for computer system, technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable connections, fraud, program malfunctions or other errors, website, Internet, or ISP availability, or failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions, or lost or unavailable network connections that are human or technical in nature which may damage a user's system or limit a participant's ability to take part in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Internet portion of this sweepstakes should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the sweepstakes. In such cases, Entrants who do not comply with the Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this promotion in any way, shall be disqualified.
