Returns PolicyCall our toll-free number 1-800-666-6200 to speak to a sales representative. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new resellable condition. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Refunds:
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or exchange once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund original shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Restocking fee:
there will be a 15% restocking fee for items returned for any reason other than defective or wrong item sent to you by Southwest Public Safety. Please call a sales rep before returning products.
