All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new resellable condition. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Please note that we can refund original shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Restocking fee: there will be a 15% restocking fee for items returned for any reason other than defective or wrong item sent to you by Southwest Public Safety.
