Extremely Intense Light output comes from the 3 Watt Luxeon® LED . This is the brightest white LED currently manufactured. The LED generates approximately 100 Lumens of light output. With a rated 100,000 hr life you should never need to replace a bulb again! No more delicate, expensive bulb to handle. Longer Battery life results from the higher efficiency of the LED compared to the standard incandescent bulb. Expect a 6 hour runtime instead of 1 hr. Rechargeable batteries must be replaced after about 300-1000 charge-discharge cycles . The longer run time with the StreamStar HP means fewer charging cycles and more money in your pocket.
