Installation:
This lighthead housing will mount to the 2015 Tahoe fog light filler panels. If you have existing fog lights on the vehicle, you can not use this housing.

1. Position the housing onto the fog light filler panel (centered as shown above) and mark off the location of the 4 mounting holes.
2. Remove the housing and drill four small pilot holes for the supplied #6 sheet metal screws. Drill a wire passage hole in the center of the mounting location.
3. Mount the M4 lighthead and gasket to the housing.
4. Feed the wires through the wire hole and mount the housing to the filler panel using the supplied #6 sheet metal screws.
NOTE: There are four different sized screws. Refer to the drawing for proper screw location.
5. Extend the wires to your power source and follow the light head manuals instructions for connection and fusing.
6. Repeat procedure for other side of vehicle.
